The Famly app is used in all Indigo services. The app offers a new way of communicating with our families enabling you to view and respond to Indigo communications, at a time that works best for you. Famly will help you to follow your child’s Indigo experience and update your details, at ease.

All new families to join our service will be sent login details to access the child profile.

We want to ensure we always respond to your messages in a timely manner, to help us achieve this could we ask that if you are messaging to notify the team of a general change for the day, please message your child’s service rather than an individual member of the team. This will ensure your message is picked up during periods of staff holidays/ training/ meetings.

We understand that there may be occasions that you would like to discuss or pass on something that may sensitive for you or your child, it’s no problem to message key contacts/ individuals directly however if you do not receive a response, please send the message on to a senior member of the team who will support you with your query/ concern.
